The Sphere

From our trip to New York last February… This is called “The Sphere” and it was in a fountain of the World Trade Center. It is battered and broken, but it remains a symbol of strength. There is a flame on the ground that has been lit since 2002.

Twas not a pretty day, if I remember correctly. I posted a little piece about it today as well. What a day, what a life.
