Not a Dry Eye in the House

If you didn’t see Senator Kennedy’s speech at the Democratic convention last night, no doubt you’ll be hearing about it around the water cooler today.

I was so moved by it, and clearly the audience was too. What an exciting time in history. When I was a little boy, my father used to tell me about great events of his life in years before I was born. And someday, when I’m a father, 2008 is a year I know I will tell our children about. It’s a historic year, and I think this speech is going to set the tone for this coming election.
