A site has been launched called “d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y.com” in an effort to educate the world that there is no “a” in definitely.
THANK YOU, dear site owner. I’ve been trying to tell people this for years. (See my original post about it from 2006.)
Now if we can all just learn the difference between “lose” and “loose“, as well as proper usage of “your” and “you’re“, I think we might just be able to save civilization.
(Thanks Joe.My.God.)
Yur so right!

As an editor and writer, these kinds of things drive me crazy! Yes, some words are tricky (and I’m bad about not spellchecking my blog posts)–but can we at least try to use words correctly? Some just don’t care.
And thanks so much for the thoughtful card! I’m still missing Tess but I’m ok.
And I’d like to add your site to my blogroll. Keep writing!

Could somebody please work on conjugating the verbs, see, saw, seen and do, did, done!
