New York, New York

In 12 hours, Rodney and I will be arriving in the city that never sleeps. I’m so excited about visiting that I doubt I’ll get any rest tonight, even though I should since we have an early flight in the morning.

In case you can’t tell, it’s our first time in New York. The list of things to do is overwhelming, but thankfully we’ll be hanging out with my good friend Rey, and he helped calm me down by planning out a logical itinerary for our stay.

Aside from visiting all the standard tourist hotspots, we’ll also be seeing Mika in concert on Saturday, and going to a taping of The View on Tuesday. Lots to do!

I’m sure I’ll have plenty of stories when we get back.

Just a little update: Nathan and Rodney have arrived on a rainy ass Friday. I drove them through Times Square and they both stared out the windows wide-eyed, with a mixture of excitement and fear. Since I had to get back to work, I dropped them off on 42nd Street… I hope they survive. LOL. Jes’ kidding… They’ll be fine, I hope, till 6:30pm when I head back into the city to feed them and bring them back to their hotel.

So far, so good!

I hope you both have a wonderful trip. I’m so jealous you are getting to go on the View. I’ll look for you in the audience as I watch it everyday even though we get it a day late. Anyway, have a great time and take lots of pictures. Take care and stay safe! (((Hugs)))

LOL… You guys better take lots of pics and video some of it especially the funny stuff. Cuz if I know you guys, there will be some moments worth capturing!
