Sometimes a good hug is all we need. Find out more about the Free Hugs Campaign on their website.
Here’s a video of the campaign in action, offering free hugs to strangers:
Free Hugs? What a great idea! There is so much medical value to hugs. I love this!

The first time I saw it, it made such a huge impact that stuck with me, and I’ve seen it probably a hundred times since, and it never loses its impact. Such a great video.

This is very cool.
My best friends and I actually did this in high school about 6 years ago.
We filled out 10 sheets of labels that said “I was hugged” and went around the school giving students, teachers, and staff hugs and a sticker.
By the end of the day, nearly half the school had the labels on their shirts.
