Tonight, my friends Dewayne and Todd invited Rodney and me out to see them bowl with their league. Neither Rodney or I have been to a bowling alley in at least 10 years, if not longer, so it was fun to go watch. You can tell how long it’s been because we were impressed that scores are kept digitally now. Last time we bowled, you used a card and pencil. HA! When we walked in and sat down, one of the league members came over to me. “Hey, you’re Nathan, aren’t you?”, he asked. I thought maybe Dewayne had told him about me. But it turns out he recognized me from my blog. He also knew who Rodney was. His name is Perry and he was very sweet. It was also surreal for someone who reads my blog to recognize me in public. It was my little “celebrity” moment, and he was so nice. So here’s my shout out to you, Perry! Thanks for being a reader, and it was really great meeting you tonight!
