Okay, maybe not really…

But over 1,300 people have shared my recipe for Mexican cheesecake on Pinterest. That’s a big number for me!

If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for? It’s so easy to make and it’s a huge hit at every party. Daniel made it last night for a Super Bowl party and everyone went back for a second piece!

Here’s the recipe. Pin it, Like it, Tweet it, Share it, and let me know what you think when you try it. 🙂

If you enjoyed this, please share the love!

  • I tried it last time you posted it here. But I think I might have gotten some of the measurements wrong, (I had to translate them), and it was really hard to find crescent rolls here. They got a little soggy, but yours seem to be a bit crispy?

And on a completely different note. This makes me glad.

The Royal Court are supposed to be non-political and stay away from anything that might be the slightest controversial, so this is actually a big stand.

    • Sorry yours didn’t turn out. It’s very possible that the crescent rolls are completely different there, which I think would affect the texture a lot. Ours are pretty much pre-made and rolled into a can, so they come out perfect every time. I probably don’t want to know what preservatives they put in them to make that happen, but they are very tasty. 😉

That is awesome news out of Sweden! Thank you for sharing it.
