Okay, maybe not really…
But over 1,300 people have shared my recipe for Mexican cheesecake on Pinterest. That’s a big number for me!
If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for? It’s so easy to make and it’s a huge hit at every party. Daniel made it last night for a Super Bowl party and everyone went back for a second piece!
Here’s the recipe. Pin it, Like it, Tweet it, Share it, and let me know what you think when you try it.

I tried it last time you posted it here. But I think I might have gotten some of the measurements wrong, (I had to translate them), and it was really hard to find crescent rolls here. They got a little soggy, but yours seem to be a bit crispy?
And on a completely different note. This makes me glad.

The Royal Court are supposed to be non-political and stay away from anything that might be the slightest controversial, so this is actually a big stand.
Sorry yours didn’t turn out. It’s very possible that the crescent rolls are completely different there, which I think would affect the texture a lot. Ours are pretty much pre-made and rolled into a can, so they come out perfect every time. I probably don’t want to know what preservatives they put in them to make that happen, but they are very tasty.
That is awesome news out of Sweden! Thank you for sharing it.
