Caught Playing with Himself
A friend e-mailed me yesterday to tell me that he’d walked in to find his husband in the tub, pulling on the skin of his dick. His husband explained, “Just like Nathan told me to.”
Yes, it’s true. I’ve started a new trend.
What he was doing was working on restoring his foreskin. I’d instructed him that just pulling the skin forward as far as it will go on a daily basis will help encourage new skin cells to multiply. This process helps create a faux foreskin for men who have been circumcised.
I started doing it last fall, and so far I have about 60% coverage on my penis. If I wanted to cheat, I could say I now have 100% coverage. I can pull the skin completely forward and cover my entire penis head. So for what it’s worth, I now experience the feeling of having a foreskin.
However, I don’t consider it 100% since I have to pull to achieve that effect. If I just let the skin hang naturally, it is 60%, covering more than half the head.
Be gentle when you do it, and listen to your body. If you feel pain, stop. Be sure to not damage any nerves or burst any veins. Slow and steady has given me great results.

Oh you are wicked. Just plain old sneaky. Are you sure that’s not you in the picture. Excuse me, I have to go and check my bathtub.
I’ve actually seen information where they have these o rings and such that keep the skin pulled down all day to help encourage foreskin restoration.
I love the idea, but do NOT have the patience.
Several years ago I tried a process to restore my foreskin that involved pulling it forward and taping it with surgical tape at night. It lasted exactluy two nights because the stimulation caused by the taping gave me uncontrollable and, because of the taping, painful erections. What you’re doing sounds far more reasonable.
So, how long to you spend pulling each time you do it?
I haven’t tried o-rings but I have used surgical tape, and I had similar pain, so that didn’t last long.
I started out pulling for 60 seconds per day, usually in the shower. The hot water seemed to make it more comfortable.
After awhile, it seemed less effective, so I started doing it for 5 mins. a day. I’ve alternated back and forth and it seems to be working. I’ve heard stories of guys being too aggressive and damaging the nerves or blood vessels, so I try to take it slowly. But on a few occasions, I’ve held it for 30-60 mins.
I can’t seem to find much documentation on the method I’m using. There are devices you can buy that pull the skin forward all day long, but it actually seems to make the process more difficult.
If you work out every day, doctors say it isn’t as effective because your muscles get fatigued. But if you work out a few times a week, it’s effective. I’m obviously not a doctor, but the same logic seems to apply to the foreskin. At least in my case, the short bursts of pulling seem to be as effective as wearing a device all day
Please let me know if you decide to try it. I’d be curious to hear how your results are.
