4th of July

We had a nice 4th of July, very relaxing and peaceful. Rodney and I spent a lot of time on the front porch talking. Something about rocking chairs makes people conversational.
As you can see, Petey spent some time outside too. Notice the American flag bandanna. Petey is a very fashionable little guy.
Once it was dark, the fireworks started. You can just faintly see the outline of our house in this picture.
I finally learned how to use the fireworks mode on the camera. Pretty cool.
