itchy itchy itchy
We all know who Jesse Metcalfe is. Even if you haven’t watched Desperate Housewives I guarantee you’ve seen him somewhere.
Jesse could be a poster model for manscaping. Whenever he has his shirt off, his nipples and body are smoothly shaved. Yes, shaved. If you think he waxes, you haven’t seen his stubble in candids.
Well, although I’ve trimmed my chest, and decided I didn’t like it, I decided to take the plunge and shave it completely. How else would I know?
So off it came. All my hair. Nipples, chest, stomach, unmentionables…
Two things have been learned:
1) I do not look like Jesse Metcalfe, even when I shave my chest.
2) The friction against my shirt is unbearable. No wonder these guys are always naked! I am soooo itchy.
That’s my story of itchiness. I guess I’ll just have to get by with my wit, charm, and humor. That’s sexy, right?

See, that’s why you should’ve asked to be born like me, almost totally smooth. I have, like, four hairs on my chest – Alex, Rusty, Peter, and Phil. Every once in a while, I find that they found a friend, but I don’t like unannounced guests, so *pluck pluck* he goes.
And I’m convinced Jesse Metcalfe doesn’t exist. No one can be THAT hot… No one. Well, except you and me, Nathan.
OMG i feel your pain! i am hairy like a monkey, and i did shaved my chest once for a photoshoot- never again! i only trim my body hair, i hate the itchy and the redness, it s not for me!!!
use some aloe vera for your skin 
Yeah, I tried to shave my chest once. It was after watching The Muffin Tops episode of Seinfeld. Really bad idea. It left little black spots from my subdermal hairs and felt really odd against my clothes. But it only took a couple weeks to regrow, so it’s all fine now.
I wish I could be as hot as Jerry (yes, I probably have really weird tastes in men), but it didn’t work out.
I started shaving a while back, and yeah, the friction feels a little funky, but overall, I like it – and still do it.
Ouch… razor burn on my face/neck is bad enough… anywhere else doesn’t bear thinking about. Or should that be bare thinking about?
OMG…they shaved a big “I” on my chest/abdomen when I was n the hospital, to hook me up to the monitors….well, when I got home, after about a 1/2 hour of shaving I finally gave up. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

You guys are hilarious! It sounds like everyone has some painful shaving story. Well this was mine.
Now that the itching has subsided, I actually kinda like it. I think I’ll have to side with Steve on this one. hehe

I’ve always found it too much trouble to maintain. I just shave my head, face, and balls, and trim everything else with the clippers. That seems much easier than shaving all over!
Well – I’m not very hairy either, but still better to manscape and NOT look like Jesse Metcalfe (he was probably created in Photoshop) than never to have manscaped at all..
